I’m in agreement with Group 4610 on this one. I’ve seen too many deals dropped and fail because a 3rd party negotiator can’t or won’t get the job done. Too many of them just don’t get the OUTBACK. In some cases, they are attorneys, which is absolutely NOT a pre-qualifier of success in a short sale.
As an agent, it disempowers a business to hire a 3rd party, as you lose the ability to manage the details of your business, and YOUR COMMISSIONS!
